Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ multi-unit management in food services.

• Proven customer satisfaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operation, growth and profitability across Northern New England.
• Travel to communities to train and support dining leadership teams.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and KPI achievement for the region.
• Collaborate with executives and clients to drive resident experiences and service quality.
