Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ multi-unit management experience in food services.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, P&L-driven environment.
• Ability to mentor and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and grow regional operations to meet KPIs and financial goals.
• Provide strategic leadership and training across multiple communities.
• Develop budgets, monitor performance and implement cost controls.
• Lead client relations, conduct quarterly reviews and drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate with chefs, managers and teams to deliver elevated dining.
• Travel between communities to support operations and staff development.
