Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, process orders, ship, and deliver floor covering and related materials.
• Oversee a team of about 25 associates (drivers and warehouse/office staff).
• Coordinate with Sales and other partners to meet customer demands.
• Maintain safe work environment with DOT and OSHA compliance.
• Motivate and empower associates to achieve facility goals and implement improvements.
• Negotiate freight rates and manage transportation to expand business and serve customers daily.
