Job summary

Bader Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to oversee site offices across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding properties. The role requires coordinating operations, supporting property managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

The position offers full-time, on-site work with a strong benefits package and opportunities to work with a diverse portfolio of rental communities. Yardi experience and tax credit knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Bachelor’s or better (preferred).
• 3 years: Section 42/Tax Credit Experience Preferred
• 3 years: Yardi
• 3 years: Property Management, Project Management, or related experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
• Understand and execute on project tasks including AR/AP/PO processing, delinquency tracking and collections, leasing and work order administration, property inspections, policy implementation, compliance and auditing, CRM queue support, and related tasks.
• Mentor and support on-site teams to maximize engagement and performance.
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Training Team for development plans.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday - Friday
• 9a-5p (depending on the needs of the property)
• Comfortable floating to all properties as needed

Compensation: $27 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as required by supervisory personnel.

• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service. This person may work independently or with a larger team and must be skilled in working under both conditions.
• Understand and execute on project tasks, including, but not limited to: AR/AP/PO processing, delinquency tracking and collections, leasing and work order administration, physical property inspections, policy and procedure implementation, compliance and auditing, CRM queue support, and other project management related tasks.
• Additional duties may include: Employee management, conflict resolution, financial reporting/budgeting, leasing, resident retention initiatives, project scope/bids, due diligence, asset acquisition/disposition related tasks, etc.
• As directed, assist the Regional Property Manager and/or Property Manager to mentor, lead and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize team engagement.
• Identify and report procedure and skill gaps to the Training Team for further evaluation and development of a training plan. Occasional assistance in mentoring on-site team members (with the guidance of the Operations and Learning and Development Teams).
• Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules, OSHA standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.
• Report to Assistant Vice President, any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents, properties, procedures, or employees.
• Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
• Other duties as assigned.
