CR England is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to direct and coordinate the management of specific offsite locations within regions of the country, including the supervision of account managers, driver managers, and all office staff.

The role requires extensive logistics and transportation experience, with leadership over multiple client locations and direct reports, plus Six Sigma quality experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10 years of logistics and/or transportation experience.
• 7+ years in directing operations of at least $10m in revenue.
• Experience with managing multiple client locations.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt and/or Blackbelt quality experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of application.

• Review activity on all assets assigned to each account (to include all drivers, trucks and trailers)
