Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the Alabama and Florida tower and rooftop asset portfolio. You will coordinate maintenance, tenant collocations, regulatory compliance, and vendor management while supporting sales activities.
In this role you will manage budgets, lead cross-functional projects, and supervise site inspections with tenants and contractors, traveling across the region as needed.

Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational aspects of a tower and rooftop asset portfolio. Duties include integrating and maintaining new and existing structures, managing tenant collocations on rooftops and tower assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing vendor management, conducting inspections, and providing sales support. This position will support the Alabama and Florida regions.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Working in a combination of field and office environments. The position may involve extensive travel to sites/meeting places for field activities, primarily within one's assigned region and to Florida for periodic company meetings. It is expected that up to 50% of the time, this position will require the ability to function while traveling to various sites and executing all necessary tasks, as highlighted above.
