Responsibilities

• Support and oversee day-to-day operations of practices with full P&L responsibility.
• Build relationships with doctors and practice managers to drive local growth initiatives.
• Travel frequently to and support business decisions, leadership development, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor practice managers on operations, processes, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure consistent reporting of key performance indicators and financial metrics.
