Job description

The role of Regional Operations Manager, Retail Bank, First Level Officer involves maintaining in-depth knowledge of banking center automation systems and procedures, analyzing and implementing system and procedural changes, and providing feedback on their impact on the banking center distribution system. The position also includes participating in projects such as software installations, banking center openings, closings, and renovations, with a focus on improving workflow techniques. The primary goal is to ensure efficient operations that enhance sales and customer service.

Successful candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, drive results, and have strong presentation skills.

Position Responsibilities :

1. Provide guidance on corrective actions related to differences, losses, attendance, punctuality, cash count discrepancies, etc., for non-exempt employees.
2. Assist in documenting and training operational corrective measures.
3. Oversee self-audits across banking centers and conduct operational reviews.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations such as Reg. D, Reg. CC, Reg. DD, CTR/MCTR, and review operational reports for follow-up.
5. Ensure completion of required CBT courses and regulatory training for banking center staff.
6. Assist banking centers after robberies and respond to shipment variance requests.
7. Identify workflow efficiencies and provide procedural feedback to Market Operations.
8. Attend monthly meetings and communicate operational updates to banking centers.
9. Support equipment repair, facility issues, and work orders.
10. Represent banking centers and Regional Managers on operational project teams.
11. Assist with the opening, closing, relocation, and remodeling of banking centers.
