Regional Operations Manager

Title: Regional Operations Manager

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000/yr

Base Pay Range: $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Location: Richmond, VA (Greater Richmond or Tidewater area)

Responsibilities

• Full scheduling of providers
• Strategic planning and reanalyzing full scope of services
• Implement new technology and workflows across the central Virginia region
• Partner with clinical managers to maintain staffing levels and hit budget
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure KPIs and mission values are met

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience working in a clinical site setting
• At least 5 years of experience in an elevated role
• Clinical background
• Experience in a plastic surgery setting, hospital setting, urgent care/patient first environment, or retail eye glasses sales
