Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee practice leadership across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. This full-time role includes guiding Practice Managers, driving KPI performance, and shaping regional strategy to elevate patient care and efficiency.

You will partner with clinicians and leadership to ensure seamless operations, grow the regional footprint, and mentor teams toward Director-level growth in a dynamic dental network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare operations (multi-site experience)
• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong business acumen—comfortable managing KPIs, P&Ls, and change management
• Willingness to travel regularly within the DMV region

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
