Job summary

Crossroads Courier is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead multiple locations, coach managers, and drive operational excellence. This remote-friendly role requires coordinating with station leaders, drivers, and executives to improve service levels, profitability, and employee engagement.

You will analyse metrics, establish KPIs, and guide budgeting and forecasting while supporting growth and safety initiatives across the region.
