Job summary

PrimeTech International, Inc (PTi) is seeking an Operations/Logistics Manager to oversee regional operations in support of government programs. You will coordinate with government representatives, ensure contract requirements are met, and support leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel across locations, monitoring workloads, providing reports, ensuring compliance, and promoting a safe work environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, operations, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting government contracts, operations, or program delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations to ensure alignment with contract requirements and performance objectives.
• Serve as a primary liaison with government stakeholders for operational coordination.
• Supervise personnel, assign work, and manage day‑to‑day activities across locations.
• Monitor workloads, staffing, and resource utilization to support mission requirements.
• Review operational data and provide reports to support decision‑making and program execution.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions or process improvements.
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of operational activities.
• Promote a safe, secure, and efficient work environment.
• Perform additional duties as required to support program objectives.
