Job summary

ElectriCom Inc is seeking an Operations Director to lead the Regional Midwest operations, ideally based in AR, TN, OK, or LA. You will drive growth, safety, and customer relationships while overseeing project services and regional budget targets. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with finance are expected.

Qualifications include a engineering/ Construction Management degree and 10–15+ years in telecom construction with Power BI expertise and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 10–15+ years of telecommunications construction experience.
• Proficient in project management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the regional Midwest operations with a focus on safety and growth.
• Build customer relationships and expand the base through bids and negotiated work.
• Direct construction activities and manage the regional team delivering up to $20M annual revenue.
• Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with finance to analyze trends and set corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with right-of-way, MOT, and ISP/OSP deployments.
