Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and operating in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned product lines and regions.
• Manage budgets and exceed P&L targets.
• Develop and deliver business plans aligned to objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, develop, and train Production Managers and installation teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers to grow the business.
