Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Western Region Technology Center.
Develop and implement operational plans, priorities, and schedules.
Monitor operational performance and drive process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Service and other departments to support projects.
Support travel within the region and to corporate HQ as needed.
