Job summary

Simply Salad is seeking a Regional Manager to lead 2–5 restaurants in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will coach General Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while scaling our systems and culture.

You will partner with the Director of Operations to optimize food quality, safety, labor, scheduling, and training, building high-performing teams and delivering measurable performance improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading high-volume, multi-unit operations preferred.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop General Managers.
• Build high-performing restaurant teams with accountability.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and timecard accuracy; ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate management training programs (MIT, LIT).
• Monitor restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Review sales, labor, inventory, and costs; ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs; report to leadership.
• Serve as hands-on leader during peak periods to support operations.
