Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead operations across branch offices from the corporate office in Shoreview. The role owns operating performance, compliance, financial discipline, and the strength of the leadership team in the region.

The position reports to the President and manages regional directors and branch leaders, with a focus on improving processes, growth, and client experience in a regulated healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Multi-site operating leadership in healthcare or home care.
• Experience owning a P&L and leading leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% initially.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring for regional director and branch leadership roles with a structured process.
• Coach and develop regional directors and branch managers; build succession bench.
• Address underperformance and drive performance improvement.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and growth with measured leadership retention.
• Run a consistent coaching cadence with regular one-on-ones and development plans.
