Job summary

McCarthy Tire Service seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operational, financial, and service performance of multiple commercial tire and fleet service locations across Southern, Central, and Northern Virginia.

The role reports to the Area Vice President and focuses on driving profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while developing high-performing teams and improving operational efficiency across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Three (3) or more years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Minimum two (2) years managing multiple locations, branches, or service operations.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Southern, Central, and Northern Virginia.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple commercial tire service locations throughout the region.
• Drive performance improvements related to productivity, efficiency, response times, and customer service.
• Partner with sales and operational leadership to support growth and retention of commercial fleet accounts.
• Manage regional revenue, profitability, labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Develop and coach Branch Managers and other operational leaders.
• Maintain strong relationships with key commercial customers and address escalated service concerns.
