Job summary

This position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $125,000 annually, with additional performance bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, and 401k. The manager will ensure compliance with regulations, optimize operations, and lead product development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of work experience as a plant manager.
• Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance and profitability of the regions.
• Evaluates plant performance and controls budgets.
• Participates in random cycle counts and inventory planning.

Skills

Plant management experience

Experience with light gauge products
