We offer a wide variety of wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and cold formed steel structural components. **Job Summary**The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the performance and profitability of our Berlin, NJ and Wilton, NH facilities. It is also responsible for the daily management and coordination of production and support services – HR, safety, shipping, maintenance, and other administrative functions of the location. **Travel:** 50% of the time (2-3 weeks/month depending on business needs)**Location:** can office our Berlin, NJ or Wilton, NH facilities **Principle Duties and Responsibilities*** Staffs, develops, and coaches the operations, production, and administrative management team, evaluates performance and initiates corrective action as required.* Evaluates plant(s)’s performance to budget.
