The Neiders Company in Las Vegas is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of extended-stay properties in the Las Vegas area. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, occupancy, service standards, and operational excellence.

The role requires dynamic leadership, the ability to mentor General Managers and on-site teams, and willingness to travel frequently to sites.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred in business, hospitality, or related field.
• Must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area and have recent multi-site hospitality operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a regional/area manager role overseeing extended-stay or hospitality properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple extended-stay properties within the assigned portfolio, ensuring goals are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and on-site teams to achieve high occupancy and guest service standards.
• Provide on-site support and temporary coverage as needed to maintain operations.
• Drive NOI growth through budgeting, revenue optimization, and expense control.
• Implement sales, marketing, pricing, and guest retention strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Monitor property conditions, maintenance, and capital projects to protect guest experience and asset value.
• Analyze financial reports and market trends to identify opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with lodging regulations, safety, and company policies; build strong relationships with owners and vendors.
