The Siegel Group is recruiting a Regional Manager to oversee operations for multiple properties in the Las Vegas area, including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. You will manage finances, lead teams, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include audits, vendor price shopping, staff development, and ensuring collections and guest satisfaction meet company expectations. Some relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a property manager for a multi-site portfolio.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Multi-site, multi-unit experience.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and maintain profit and occupancy goals.
• Reduce expenditures by price shopping and negotiating.
• Recruit, hire, and train property managers.
• Enforce all company standards.
• Assist in marketing efforts, maintaining product quality as expected.
• Conduct monthly audits on all properties.
• Verify security standard by spending a minimum 2 overnight hours at the property.
• Complete a minimum two competitor shops per month, completing a report for VP of Operations.
• Ensure all collections and past dues are being completed and collected.
• Verify guest satisfaction including great customer service, clean rooms, and work orders being handled in a timely manner.
