Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead the Environmental Service team across Washington, DC. You will plan regional objectives, ensure compliance with corporate and financial goals, and drive growth and profitability for the region.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to align operations with client expectations while managing staffing and budgets to meet regional targets and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer/client contact.
• Experience managing high volume or multi-unit operations in healthcare support services.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops financial forecasts and balances programs and resources for districts and selected accounts within the region.
• Develops a business plan and budgets for the region.
• Controls overhead expenses within the region.
• Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region.
• Reviews financial statements and operating reports to guide decisions.
• Recommends and manages capital requirements to maximize returns.
• Monitors client satisfaction and contract compliance across accounts.
• Ensures staffing aligned with regional goals and productivity targets.
