Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead Environmental Service professionals across multiple districts. You will plan regional objectives and ensure alignment with corporate and financial goals, driving growth and profitability for the region.

The role oversees budgeting, staffing, and service delivery to maximize client satisfaction and financial performance. A strong leadership presence and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-site operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops financial forecasts and balances programs and resources for districts and selected accounts within the region.
• Develops a business plan and budgets for the region.
• Controls overhead expenses within the region.
• Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region.
• Reviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results.
