Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive customer satisfaction and lead divisional teams across fire and life safety projects. You will own regional operations, oversee engineering, project execution and service, and align with a national organization to meet financial targets.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in operations management within the fire and life safety sector, strong leadership, and the ability to travel overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in an operations manager role within the fire and life safety industry.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of current fire and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates embrace Sciens safety culture and comply with safety initiatives.
• Oversee budget and meet revenue and gross margin targets for assigned Divisions.
• Assist divisions in communicating with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to execute plans and processes designed to meet market potential.
• Develop and implement consistent regional processes that drive operational results.
• Develop and oversee the training program for project managers within the region.
• Monitor proper execution of monthly project cost and work in progress (WIP) analysis for assigned Division.
• Report financial information to senior executives and take corrective action as needed.
• Drive a high-performance culture at the Division level.
