Job summary

Qualifications

• Option 1: High school diploma or equivalent with five years of office/administrative experience.
• Option 2: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or closely related field with two years of office experience.
• Option 3: One year as Administrative Assistant 4.
• Option 4: Two years as Administrative Assistant 3.
• One year leading, supervising, or directing others.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional headquarters facility and supporting operations at other regional properties; manage facilities and regional budgets.
• Act as the project manager for regional facility short- and long-term objectives; oversee the project lifecycle.
• Ensure space utilization and modern work environment standards and coordinate access to resources for regional staff.
• Represent the region at the enterprise level with delegated authority to develop and manage operational, administrative, and facility budgets.
• Supervise and lead regional customer service and administrative teams; hire, onboard, and mentor staff.
• Coordinate committees and workgroups to implement agency-wide initiatives and improve cross-program coordination.
• Support the Regional Director with administrative duties and regional budgeting; promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
