Job summary

The Neiders Company is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an extended-stay property portfolio in the Las Vegas area. You will drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, occupancy, and service standards across all properties.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can mentor General Managers, manage budgets, and implement revenue-enhancing strategies in a fast-paced guest-focused environment. Travel across the portfolio will be required.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the Las Vegas, NV area.
• Minimum of five years in a Regional Manager, Regional Director, Area Manager, or equivalent multi-site leadership role overseeing extended-stay or hospitality properties.
• Experience overseeing hospitality or extended-stay properties within the Las Vegas market.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, hospitality, real estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple extended-stay properties within the portfolio, meeting goals.
• Lead and develop General Managers and on-site teams to achieve high occupancy and guest service standards.
• Provide on-site support and temporary coverage for staffing needs as required.
• Drive NOI growth through budgeting, revenue optimization, and expense control.
• Implement sales, marketing, pricing, and guest retention strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor property conditions, maintenance programs, and capital projects to protect guest experience and property value.
• Analyze financial reports, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with lodging regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Liaise with owners, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
