Job summary

Brightside Academy invites an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee operations across multiple early learning centers in the assigned region, driving enrollment, quality, and financial performance while ensuring licensing, safety, and compliance.

You will coach and support center leaders, manage staffing and succession, build community partnerships, and travel frequently to visit sites, with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 3–5 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Strong operational and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the region.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple academy locations.
• Lead and coach academy leaders.
• Drive enrollment, quality, and financial performance.
• Maintain licensing, safety, and company compliance.
• Lead staffing, performance, and succession planning.
• Conduct academy walkthroughs and improvement planning.
• Strengthen curriculum quality and child outcomes.
• Build community and regulatory partnerships.
• Lead regional initiatives and reporting.
