You will bridge client and company, oversee sales, marketing, and field operations, and ensure efficient, compliant execution with travel up to 25%. Strong leadership and CRM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, power generation, refineries, or similar industrial settings.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and business development for a technical service company.
• Minimum 5 years in operational roles, with at least 3 as a supervisor.
• Proven success in selling to engineering and operating managers in large industrial firms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient and profitable delivery of technical services within the assigned region.
• Hire, retain, and manage staff with necessary technical and safety qualifications.
• Schedule manpower and ensure resources are available and maintained.
• Perform regular site visits to engage staff and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality programs and procedures.
• Provide oversight to administrative functions and support ongoing service improvements.
• Develop growth programs, pursue new opportunities, and manage client relationships.
