Job summary

Acuren is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the regional delivery and sales growth of our inspection services. This onsite role oversees staff, safety, quality, and profits while developing new business and ensuring client satisfaction in the Davenport, IA region.

You will manage operations, engage with clients, drive revenue, and ensure compliant, efficient service delivery across the area. Strong leadership and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical/industrial ops with service delivery experience.
• Proven sales, marketing and business development background in technical services.
• Minimum 5 years operational experience, 3 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery and regional growth across the service area.
• Hire, retain and manage technical and safety-qualified staff.
• Oversee scheduling, resources, and asset management for cost efficiency.
• Develop growth programs, identify new services, and drive bids and proposals.
• Manage client relationships and ensure contract terms meet risk guidelines.
