Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage OE projects, monitor progress and budgets, and ensure tool adoption. Travel may be required. Bachelor’s in engineering or science, 10+ years chemical processing, 5+ years leadership, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• 10+ years industrial Chemical Process experience.
• 5+ years managerial experience, operations management preferred.
• Experience in business process development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives.
• Plan and manage OE projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor project progress, timeline and budgets and report to Senior Leadership.
• Ensure OE tools and methodologies are applied consistently and effectively through alignment with global OE teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to OE initiatives, including project charters, process maps and performance metrics.
• Provide support to Sites for variable cost optimization.
