This is an in-the-field leadership position requiring regular travel to assigned practices throughout the Texas market. This is NOT a work-from-home or remote position.

D4C Dental Brands is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to oversee and support multiple dental and orthodontic practices across the Texas market.

This key leadership role is responsible for the operational and financial performance of multiple practices, including P&L accountability, development of Practice Managers, staffing, budgeting, process improvement, and overall practice performance.

Position Requirements
