Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead installation services, warehouse operations, and two regional distribution centers across the Western U.S. from Phoenix, with travel as needed. Base salary $150,000–$175,000 plus performance bonus, reporting to the COO.

You will oversee Operations Managers and contractor networks, set KPIs, implement best practices, and scale multi-location operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in installation services, field operations, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience leading multi-location operations at scale and managing regional teams.
• Deep expertise in operational strategy, process improvement, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation services, multiple satellite warehouses, and two regional distribution centers.
• Direct Operations Managers overseeing crews of residential flooring contractors across markets.
• Own KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
• Oversee efficient warehouse and distribution center operations with accurate inventory.
• Launch and scale new warehouses and distribution centers to support growth.
• Drive cost optimization and improved service delivery through standardized processes.
