IVX Health is seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Director (ROD) to lead our Chicago market, overseeing multiple infusion centers and driving best-in-class clinical and operational performance. In this pivotal role, you will mentor a team of clinical and operational staff, foster patient-first operations, and champion IVX Health’s mission to deliver exceptional infusion experiences for individuals living with chronic conditions.

Wage Range:
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience and is benchmarked against similar organizations to our size and industry. For our Regional Operations Director role, we generally pay new hires a base pay between $115,000 and $150,000 in the greater Chicago market. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for roles and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for commissions/bonus, 401(k), health benefits, and other company benefits; some of these benefits may also be available for part-time positions.
