Job summary

Factory Motor Parts is seeking a Regional Operations Administrator to support Spoke locations and work with Regional Leadership to improve performance. You will assist Location Managers, back up daily operations, and contribute to projects and initiatives across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration, inventory resolution, on-site supervision for moves/training, and training for field staff, with a focus on process improvement. Equal opportunity employer.

• Works with locations to resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Provides on-site support/supervision for moves, training, and customer load-ups/exits.
• Works with Regional Operations Managers to help diagnose causes for operational deficiencies.
• Partners with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure that assigned Vendor Returns/Transfers remain compliant and on-time.
• Aids General Managers with inventory cycle count processes.
• Must be willing to work with multiple location General Managers on-site.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be articulate, analytical, detail oriented and a team player.
• Must take initiative and be solution driven.
• Ad-hoc work as assigned by manager, inclusive of providing training for field staff and operational procedures.

Job description

The Regional Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting Spoke locations and works to ensure regional spokes meet company initiatives. Working directly with the Regional Leadership, the Regional Operations Administrator supports Location Managers and their functions. Supporting the daily operation of the locations, this individual aids Spoke locations with back-up support for daily tasks as well as projects and initiatives and collaborates with the Regional Leadership to improve performance.
