Isola Group seeks a Regional Operational Excellence Leader to drive sustainable improvement across Chandler (AZ), Ridgeway (SC), and Düren (Germany). The role partners with plant leadership to embed iOE systems, standardize practices, and foster high-performance cultures across regions.

You will lead cross-site Kaizen events, coach leaders, and ensure alignment with global strategy, with up to 30% international travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Operational Excellence leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and proven deployment of OE programs.
• Experience leading cultural transformation and cross-site initiatives.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Deploy regional Operational Excellence (iOE) practices across multiple sites.
• Lead cross-site Kaizen and Gemba initiatives aligned to SQDCPI targets.
• Coach and train leaders, Kaizen teams, and CI resources in lean methods.
• Drive daily management systems, Gemba walks, and performance reviews.
• Track performance, analyze CI initiatives, and validate savings.
• Embed iOE systems with site leadership and ensure continuous improvement.
• Share best practices between Chandler, Ridgeway, and Düren.
