Job summary

YQN LINK is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee and optimize warehouse and distribution facilities across the region. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure efficiency, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in senior leadership within warehouse/SCM, strong leadership and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. The role is full-time and on-site with regional travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation processes and best practices.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with regional teams and senior leadership to align goals and share best practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Support new business development initiatives and expansion projects in the region.

About this role:

The Regional Operation Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of our warehouse and distribution facilities. This role will provide strategic leadership to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement, aligning with YQN’s mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational activities, including warehouse operations, transportation, and overall supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team; promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate closely with other regional teams and senior leadership to align operational goals and share best practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Support new business development initiatives and expansion projects within the region.

Compensation： $200k + per year for total package with benefits
