Job summary

OneOncology in Independence, MO is seeking an Executive Director to launch a new multi-physician oncology practice in the Kansas/Missouri region. You will lead day-to-day operations, work with the corporate team, and build a high-performing team delivering patient-centered cancer care.

You will recruit staff, oversee finances and operations, partner with physicians, and drive growth while upholding quality and compliance. Travel quarterly required to OneOncology locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Public Health Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, oncology practice preferred.
• Willingness to travel to OneOncology locations and community events quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and daily management of the new practice.
• Recruit, develop, and lead administrative and support staff.
• Manage finances, budgets, and contracts to achieve financial targets.
• Foster physician relations and coordinate with OneOncology corporate team.
