OneOncology is launching a brand‑new oncology practice in Kansas City, led by an Executive Director who will chair this venture from the ground up.

You will recruit the inaugural staff, oversee the build‑out, and partner with the corporate team to shape culture, operations, and patient care at scale. This is a ground‑level leadership role with strategic impact on thousands of patients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare management, oncology preferred.
• Experience operating in a complex decision‑making setting.
• Strong communication and relationship development skills with physicians, leaders, and staff.
• Willingness to travel to OneOncology locations and events quarterly.
• Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site development, recruit and hire inaugural staff, and ensure opening readiness.
• Support clinical system (EMR) buildout and ensure interfaces meet practice needs.
• Foster a collaborative culture and strong relationships among physicians, staff, and leadership.
• Drive operational excellence, optimize efficiency, and manage finances toward targets.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance with the corporate team.
• Lead local business development, partnerships with payors and hospitals, and marketing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain relevant accreditations.
