Accurate Personnel is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Allentown, PA to manage client onboarding and foster a positive workplace. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in staffing or admin with bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

The role offers $22/hour and up, paid weekly, with bonus potential. Typical hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, in-office in Allentown, with seasonal overtime and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Ideally possesses at least 1 year of administrative or staffing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client-specific processes or requests (i.e. orientations).
• An aptitude for understanding client’s needs to ensure a prepared candidate pool.
• Cultivate a positive working environment.
• Correspond with payroll and management for reporting and submittals.
• Communicates between onsite and branch on staffing needs and issues.
• Acts as the first level of conflict resolution for walk-ins.
• Ensures that both the client and Accurate are compliant with employment and safety regulations.
