Accurate Personnel in Roseville, CA is hiring an On-Site Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will resolve conflicts, monitor attendance, and ensure safety while adapting to shifting production needs.

This role requires 2+ years in warehouse staffing, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to work extended hours with little notice. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• 2+ years of warehouse or industrial staffing experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to create and edit spreadsheets for reporting and payroll.
• Ability to work independently and make firm decisions on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate grievances and site disputes with poise and de-escalation.
• Be available for extended hours and overtime as production needs shift.
• Manage attendance, coaching, and terminations of field staff.
• Walk the floor at multiple times daily to identify safety or personnel issues.
• Bridge client and Accurate leadership with transparent reporting.
