Accurate Personnel in Brighton, CA, seeks an On-Site Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will resolve conflicts, manage attendance and coaching, and report to client and company leadership on operations and safety. The role requires adaptability and a hands-on management style.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse staffing, fluency in English and Spanish, and ability to navigate changing priorities with a proactive, service-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Remain calm and effective under pressure, especially with last-minute changes.
• At least 2 years in warehouse or industrial staffing; GMP knowledge a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience creating/editing spreadsheets; payroll systems familiarity.
• Capable of independent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate grievances and site-level disputes; de-escalate in real time.
• Be available for extended hours and overtime as production needs change.
• Manage field employees' attendance, coaching, and terminations.
• Walk the floor 3x daily to spot safety or personnel issues.
• Provide transparent reporting between client and Accurate leadership.
