Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking an On-Site Supervisor for Minooka, IL. The role will require extensive travel, flexible shifts, and oversight of a fast-paced warehouse workforce. Compensation starts at about $65k+ annually with medical, dental, and vision benefits.

The ideal candidate will resolve disputes, manage attendance and coaching, and maintain open communication between the client and Accurate leadership in a high‑stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or industrial staffing settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred for cross‑site communication.
• Proficient with attendance and payroll support tools like Novatime/Timerack.
• Ability to stay calm and effective when schedules pivot last minute.
• Strong independent decision making and daily reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate grievances and site disputes as the primary contact.
• Be available for extended hours and overtime to meet client needs.
• Manage field employees’ attendance, coaching, and terminations.
• Walk the floor 3x daily to spot safety or personnel issues early.
• Bridge client and Accurate leadership with transparent reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Adaptability

• Expert Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes. You must be able to de-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
• Unmatched Availability: This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset. You must be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs.
• Agile Workforce Management: Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.
• Proactive Site Leadership: Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they elevate. Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
• Strategic Communication: Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• The "Flex" Factor: Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
• Warehouse Veteran: At least 2 years of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry. Knowledge of GMPs is a plus.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll. Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
• Decision Maker: Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.
