Job summary

• 0-2 years of progressive work experience at the Office Support Specialist I level.
• Alternative: 2-4 years of progressive experience with substitution options for the education and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to public inquiries requiring extensive knowledge of agency operations and policies.
• Monitor and control budget expenditures; maintain accounts payable and prepare fiscal documents; assist with bids.
• Compile data into reports, spreadsheets, and databases including license and permit records, and various enforcement and compliance datasets.
• Maintain confidential personnel and enforcement files and balance daily funds.
