Job summary

ALL4 is seeking an experienced Office Leader to guide the Philadelphia, PA region. The OL will own strategic decisions, drive client relationships, staff development, business development, regional marketing, and office financials under the Northeast Regional Director.

The OL may function in dual roles and will maintain an in-office presence at Kimberton, PA and Philadelphia, PA offices. The Philadelphia OL is a seasoned environmental professional responsible for profitability, growth, and

Qualifications

Engineering or applicable science degree.
Ten years of experience in an environmental technical discipline.
Strong understanding of the consulting business model.
Track record of pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
Ability to expand existing client relationships into new service areas.

Responsibilities

Lead the Philadelphia OL and drive profitability, growth, and client relationships.
Own strategic decisions for the office, including staffing, marketing, and finances.
Develop project staff and teams and identify new business opportunities.
Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance.
Foster a culture aligned with ALL4 Core Values and invest in staff growth.
Collaborate with regional leadership to align with Northeast region goals.
