• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices, ensuring standards are met.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with coaching and accountability.
• Own office readiness and operational execution, including staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and take actions to improve business results.
