Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and ability to deliver consultative client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations, reinforcing accountability, coaching performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
