Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate strategic marketing initiatives for defined service lines and regions.
• Prospect and generate leads for regional collaboration and coordinate with Carle leadership.
• Identify trends and drive service improvements to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive regional assessment and monitor progress toward goals.
• Negotiate services with regional employers and coordinate contracts.
• Schedule evaluations and coordinate work conditioning and related activities.
