Qualifications

• BN: NLN Accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Massachusetts RN license current or conditional
• American Heart Association BLS Provider certification
• 5 years' clinical experience in Ambulatory Department
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for nursing teams across CHA OB/GYN locations
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality improvement
• Advance health equity and staff engagement across multiple sites

The Regional Nurse Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing teams across our multiple ambulatory OB/GYN practice locations in Cambridge, Somerville, and Revere. This leader is responsible for fostering a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, equitable care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of NLN Accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master's Degree preferred
• Current or conditional Massachusetts RN license
• American Heart Association BLS Provider certification
• 5 years' clinical experience in Ambulatory Department Required
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
