Overview

Samuel Knight Energy is partnering with a growing renewable energy company to fill the position of Regional O&M/Field Service Manager based in Texas. Relocation assistance is provided.

Compensation: $120,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain asset performance to meet or exceed energy production targets.
• Monitor and report daily asset performance using asset management software.
• Analyze performance data and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Oversee third‑party O&M providers and ensure execution of preventive and corrective tasks.
• Recommend and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct monthly site inspections and generate associated reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and manage O&M expenditures to remain within budget.
• Prepare and issue regular internal and external performance reports.
• Participate in periodic meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Interpret and enforce O&M agreements and contracts.
• Manage timely renewals and renegotiate contracts related to vegetation control and module cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including timely renewal of licenses and permits.
• Collaborate with asset management to support accurate monthly production data for invoicing.
• Coordinate with DAS providers for performance tracking and subscription management.
• Support technical due diligence for asset acquisitions.
• Provide engineering or project management assistance to the construction team as needed.
• Contribute to insurance claims processes when necessary.
